We are currently seeking a proactive, organised and customer-focusedAdministration Coordinatorto join ourPerth branch in Wangaraon apart-time basis (9:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday).
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator looking for work-life balance while continuing to play a vital role within a busy and supportive operational team.
About the Role
As the Administration Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our branch operations, providing administrative support, coordinating service activities, and delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a diverse role that will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and thrives on keeping teams organised and customers informed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Wangara branch
Serve as a key point of contact for customers, technicians and internal teams
Manage incoming phone calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Liaise with customers to schedule, confirm and coordinate service appointments
Support operational planning and technician scheduling
Maintain accurate customer records, documentation and database updates
Process administrative tasks including reporting, invoicing support and compliance documentation
Ensure client requirements and company procedures are maintained
Promote Flick products and services where appropriate
Support branch management and the wider team with general administration duties
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in an administration, coordination or office support role
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word) and business systems
Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
Experience in scheduling, service coordination or operational administration (desirable but not essential)
