Robust understanding of payroll reporting and system functionality
Experience supporting implementations, enhancements, or systems projects
A proactive mindset with strong resilience and adaptability
The ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions
Day to day
This role is heavily focused on systems optimisation, payroll functionality, reporting, and continuous improvement, rather than payroll processing itself.

Managing system configuration, pay rules, leave structures, and payroll calendars
Supporting upcoming projects including Payday Super and Kronos uplift initiatives
Identifying automation and process improvement opportunities
Partnering with Payroll, HR, Technology, and external vendors
Supporting system enhancements, testing, UAT, and implementation activities
Building and maintaining payroll and workforce reporting dashboards
Improving data integrity, governance, and compliance controls
Translating operational and payroll requirements into scalable system solutions
Supporting a large, high-volume workforce environment
What's in your toolkit?
SAP SuccessFactors and ECP experience - essential
Exposure to Kronos highly regarded
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Understanding of payroll rules, awards, and legislative compliance in a systems context
Experience with systems implementations, upgrades, or optimisation projects
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
What's in it for you?
Join a nationally recognised business undergoing exciting transformation
