EXPERIENCED TRADE RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for full time long term receptionists for our tree lopping company who must be an Australian resident
You will be working from our office which is located in Paradise Point from Monday to Saturday, hours will be discussed upon interview
Roles include,
Answering calls, email enquires, scheduling / rescheduling appointments for various tree services around the Gold Coast/ Brisbane and Melbourne suburbs
Key responsibilities of this role includes of,
Answering high volume amount of incoming calls
Responding to emails
Scheduling/ rescheduling appointments
Handling customer inquires and complaints
Respond to all customers in a highly skilled manner
Ability to multi task and work under pressure
A positive personality and sense of humour/ Reliability is a main priority in this role
Requirements for a successful applicant to have
Minimum 1 years experience
Be available Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm ( Saturdays hours are 10am-1pm flexible )

Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
English Well Spoken
Sales Tactics
Australian citizenship is required for this position
