Seeking experienced Office All Rounder!

The Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and confident Office Administrator / Office All Rounder to join our team in Pakenham.
This is a true all-rounder position.
You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, support our Accounts team, assist with office administration, coordinate day-to-day office operations and provide general support across the business.

With a boutique, hands-on approach, we manage the full solution, from engineering through to the design and build of custom enclosures, giving our clients greater control, quality, and reliability.
With projects across Australia, our team of engineers, tradespeople and professionals deliver across a broad range of mechanical and electrical applications.
What a day would look like for you
Front-of-house reception and visitor management
Answering phones and directing enquiries
Supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
Data entry, filing and document management
Coordinating office supplies and administration requirements
Assisting with onboarding and employee administration
Basic IT-related support such as setting up desks,
monitors and equipment for new starters
Providing general administrative support to various departments
Helping maintain an efficient and professional office environment
What we're looking for
We are wanting our next Office Administrator to have:
Previous experience in an Administration, Reception or Office Support role
Experience with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processes
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed
Having experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment is highly regarded but not necessary.
