Kaefer Integrated Services Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled, proactiveElectricianto join our team in Moranbah, Queensland, on a 4/3 roster.
This position offers meals and accommodation while on site, with consistent hours and the opportunity to contribute to safe, efficient, high‐quality electrical work across our operations.
You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, site procedures, and Kaefer's safety expectations.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
4 days on / 3 days off roster – day shift only
Consistent hours: 3 × 12‐hour days (6am start) and a 10‐hour day on day 4 to travel home
Full‐time benefits including Annual and Sick Leave
Camp accommodation in Moranbah (15 mins from site)
Travel arrangements provided, including daily transport from camp to site and shared company car travel available from Mackay

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Completing electrical installations, maintenance, repairs, and inspections across site facilities and equipment
Ensuring all electrical work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Identifying faults, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions
Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and compliance reporting
Communicating effectively with supervisors, team members,



and stakeholders to support smooth work coordination
Contributing to continuous improvement of electrical processes and safe work practices
ABOUT YOU
Qualified, motivated Electrician with strong technical capability and a commitment to safe, high‐quality work
Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets, Standard 11 Mining Induction
Coal Board Medical
Thorough knowledge of electrical standards, regulations, and best practices
Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
