Chameleon New Age Salonis seeking an experiencedSenior Hairdresserto join our growing team on a full-time basis.
Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Chameleon is an award-winning salon known for creative hair, exceptional customer service and an inclusive culture.
We specialise in everything from precision cutting and blondes to vivid colours, curls and alternative styles.
About the Role
This is a full-time position offering:
Salary:$80,000 per annum + Superannuation
40-hour week (rostered Tuesday–Saturday or equivalent)
Ongoing education and professional development

Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to determine their hair goals.
Perform cutting, colouring, lightening, styling and finishing services.
Recommend professional home haircare products.
Maintain a high standard of client care and salon presentation.
Work collaboratively within a busy salon setting.




Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent).
Minimum3 years' salon experienceas a qualified hairdresser.
Strong cutting, colouring and styling skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for ongoing education and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Experience in creative colouring, blonding, curly hair or barbering will be highly regarded.
