About the Role
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will work alongside the Centre Manager to create a thriving and engaging learning environment while supporting the daily operations of the service.
You will:
Support the overall management and operation of the centre
Lead, coach and mentor educators to deliver high-quality outcomes for children
Foster strong partnerships with families and the local community
Drive occupancy growth through relationship building and community engagement
Support compliance with National Quality Standards, policies and regulatory requirements
Contribute to achieving operational and financial goals
Promote a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture
About You
You are a confident and supportive leader who is passionate about empowering others and delivering exceptional early childhood education.
You'll bring:
ADiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care(or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Proven leadership experience within an early childhood education setting
A currentWorking with Children Check
Solid knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards




Experience supporting occupancy growth, team development and operational success
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and engaging environments for children
