RIC Safety Audits is a well known, locally owned Geelong based business specialising in gas, electrical, smoke alarm and minimum standards safety services for residential rental properties across Victoria.
We partner with real estate agencies and property owners across Victoria to help them keep investment properties safe and stay compliant with legislation while delivering exceptional service every step of the way.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and relationship focused full time Account Manager to become the trusted point of contact for our valued clients.
This isn't a hard sales role.
It's about building long term partnerships, providing outstanding service, solving problems and identifying opportunities to help our clients get the most from working with RIC.
About the Role
The role is full time and based out of our office in Geelong West.
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate agencies across the state, ensuring every client receives proactive support and an exceptional customer experience, reporting to the team leader.
Key responsibilities include:
Building strong, long term relationships with property managers, BDMs and business owners
Becoming the trusted first point of contact for your client portfolio
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client engagement and grow existing accounts
Coordinating with our Operations team to ensure jobs are completed smoothly and client expectations are exceeded
Assisting clients with questions relating to rental compliance requirements and RIC's services/reports
Working closely with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Delivering client reviews and account health check meetings




Occasional travel may be required as part of this role for client meetings, office visits, and attendance at industry events.
RIC Safety Audits will provide a company vehicle for all work related travel.

Experience within real estate, property management, account management or business development will be highly regarded but is not essential.
