Service Advisor
Central Coast Automotive Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our professional team in Gosford, NSW.

As the key connection between our customers and workshop team, you will play an essential role in delivering a seamless service journey from booking through to vehicle handover.

The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Welcoming customers and providing a professional, personalised service experience
Consulting with customers to understand their vehicle servicing and repair needs
Preparing accurate repair orders and clearly documenting customer concerns
Liaising closely with technicians and workshop controllers to ensure timely and efficient workflow
Keeping customers informed throughout the service process with clear and proactive communication
Explaining service recommendations, repair requirements, quotations, and warranty information in a professional and easy-to-understand manner
Managing bookings and supporting the daily flow of the service department
Handling invoicing, payment processing, and associated administrative tasks accurately
Building strong long-term customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business
Upholding the presentation, professionalism, and service standards expected within a leading automotive dealership
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:




Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a broad range of customers
A polished, professional manner and a genuine commitment to customer care
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
Confidence using dealership management systems and general computer applications
Knowledge of warranty processes and service programmes is highly regarded
A current driver's licence
