As the business expands, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Estimator to join the team.
Working closely with the Estimating Manager and Directors, you will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders, supporting junior estimators, and contributing to the successful delivery of commercial flooring projects across South Australia.

The Role
Working alongside the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and commercially competitive tenders while supporting the ongoing growth of the estimating team.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing detailed quantity take-offs from plans, specifications, and tender documentationPricing commercial flooring projects using MeasureSquare, Excel, and estimating softwareReviewing project risks, buildability, and commercial considerationsObtaining supplier and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive submissionsLiaising with builders, consultants,



and clients throughout the tender processResponding to tender clarifications and supporting negotiationsMentoring junior estimators and assisting with team developmentCompleting detailed project handovers to Project Managers following successful tendersSupporting continuous improvement across estimating systems and processes
The Like Mind
We are looking for an experienced estimator who enjoys both the technical and commercial aspects of construction and is looking to continue progressing their career.
You will bring:
5+ years' estimating experience within commercial constructionFlooring industry experience will be highly regardedStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and tender documentationExperience using MeasureSquare, Bluebeam, or similar estimating softwareHigh-level Microsoft Excel and computer skillsStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailExcellent communication and relationship management skillsThe ability to manage multiple tenders within a rapid-paced environment
