About the Role
Full-time permanent position – 38 hour week
Lead and mentor a passionate team of educators and leaders
Drive quality practice, compliance and operational excellence
Build strong relationships with children, families and the community
Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive team culture
Champion a "Safety First, Always" approach across all areas of the service

You will bring:
Previous leadership experience within Early Childhood Education and Care




Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Confidence in leading teams through growth, change and continuous improvement
A passion for being part of the positive change in early childhood education
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to mentor, inspire and develop educators and emerging leaders
Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and National Quality Standards
A proactive, solutions-focused and positive leadership style
Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for children and teams
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for children, families and educators
