Key Responsibilities
Carry out general maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general facility upkeep
Complete routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and unexpected issues
Maintain accurate records of completed work and escalate major concerns
Work cooperatively with onsite staff to support smooth operations
Requirements
Previous experience in a maintenance or trade role within aged care, healthcare, commercial, or similar environments
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
Strong practical problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
Current unrestricted driver's licence (manual)
Relevant trade qualifications (highly regarded)
NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations
