About the Role
As a Service Offsider, you'll work closely with our Lead Serviceperson to assist with the servicing, glazing, and installation of Bradnam's products across residential and commercial sites.
This is a varied, active role that combines practical work, customer interaction, and teamwork.
You'll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and quality outcomes every time.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with glazing, servicing, and installation work in office
Support the Lead Serviceperson with daily service activities
Communicate professionally with builders, homeowners, and customers
Pick and prepare parts, materials, and glass for scheduled jobs
Read and interpret job paperwork, diagrams, and service information
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they remain safe and operational
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout each job
Follow all workplace health and safety requirements, including site-specific procedures and PPE requirements
Contribute positively to a team-focused culture
About You
We're looking for someone who is reliable,



eager to learn, and takes pride in their work.
To be successful, you'll have:
A current unrestricted Driver's Licence
A Construction White Card
Experience using hand and power tools
A strong commitment to workplace safety
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work effectively as part of a team

Working Hours
Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week
