About the Role
As anApple & Samsung Device Technician, you'll report directly to the Store Manager and become the go-to expert for repairing and restoring the most in-demand devices in the world.
But this role is more than just tools and repairs – you'll engage customers, uncover their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that genuinely improve their tech lives.
You'll be trained in creating customer outcomes that work which is more than just fixing things – all while being backed by our proven systems and a team that wants to see you succeed.
You'll also have a say in shaping what we do next – from innovating service offerings to contributing ideas that impact the future of the business.
What We're Looking For
Non Commercial Experience:Experience fixing devices for personal and friends hardware (Apple & Samsung preferred).
PC repair experience a bonus but not essential.
Being your families go to IT support.
Commercial mindset:If you're passionate and driven, we will teach you how to ensure your tech work is profitable.
Reliability:Solid job tenure and a track record of being dependable.
Problem solver:Ability to diagnose and fix issues on time and on budget.
Team player:Can work both independently and collaboratively.
People skills:Strong communicator who can build trust and relationships.
Growth attitude:Committed to continual learning, improvement, and achievement.
