The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Providing a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
Acting as the first point of contact in coordinating and managing relationships nationally with all parties associated with the business.
Developing exceptional relationships and effectively liaising with key external stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver quality outcomes.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement by seeking to enhance systems, practices, and the use of resources.
A proven ability to drive new sales growth, identify opportunities, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Business development experience and a proactive approach to securing new opportunities.
Ensuring compliance with all Australian and international regulations.
The ability to enforce and comply with all safe work practices and procedures, including reporting and documenting incidents.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:
The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Sound experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
A positive, can-do attitude.
Demonstrated commitment to quality, with the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and remain self-motivated.
Experience managing contract KPIs.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
A commercial mindset with a strong focus on customer retention and revenue growth.
