We're looking for a passionate and experienced Service Administrator to join our dynamic team in Yatala.
Based in a close-knit agricultural machinery branch, you'll play a key role in supporting our service team and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Administrator, you will:
Manage job bookings, open and close work orders, and allocate parts and timesheets accurately
Prepare and process invoices for internal and external customers in a timely manner
Support the service team with scheduling, customer communication, and warranty follow-ups
Maintain accurate service records, files, and customer profiles
Provide general admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the service department
Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking for the Following Skills:




Strong computer and admin skills, with experience in service processes and systems
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service focus and a qualified approach
Basic understanding of mechanical or technical terms preferred
Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives result
