About the opportunity:
RSPCA South Australia is seeking a passionate and community-minded Op Shop Store Manager to lead our much-lovedAberfoyle Park Shop,conveniently located within the Aberfoyle Hub Shopping Centre.
Thispermanent full-timerole (Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm) is perfect for an experienced retail leader who thrives on bringing people together, creating memorable shopping experiences, and making a meaningful difference.
Working closely with the Area Manager, the Op Shop Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service, and leading a dedicated team of employees and valued volunteers.
Our Op Shops is a place where the community can connect and come together to shop sustainably, discover unique pre-loved treasures, and support a cause that matters.
Every donation received and every purchase made helps provide vital care for vulnerable animals across South Australia.
About you:
You are energetic, motivated, and customer-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
A proactive and hands-on leader, you take initiative, support your team, and consistently work towards achieving operational goals.
With strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail, you can effectively manage competing priorities while fostering positive relationships across customers, volunteers, and team members.
As our successful candidate you will bring:




Demonstrated experience (2+ years preferred) in a retail leadership or management role
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team
Demonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit result
Experience working within a volunteer-based environment (desirable)
A current National Police Clearance
