Job Description
Plan, implement, and evaluate an educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development
Build strong, respectful partnerships with families and keep them engaged in their child's learning journey
Collaborate with fellow educators to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and all regulatory requirements
Contribute to the centre's continuous improvement and quality practices
Mentor and guide assistant educators and support staff
What You'll Bring
A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Working with Children Check and First Aid (including asthma and anaphylaxis)
A sound understanding of the EYLF and the National Quality Standards
A warm, nurturing approach and a genuine love for working with young children
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience programming and documenting using the EYLF
Experience working in a small centre environment
