About This Role
Your new role:
As a Food Services Supervisor, you'll lead a large operational team in delivering safe, high-quality food services across Princess Alexandra Hospital.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll drive service excellence, support your team to succeed and ensure patients receive an outstanding food service experience every day.
Lead, coach and support a large team of Food Services staff to deliver efficient daily operations.
Coordinate staffing, rosters and workflow to ensure timely meal production and service across the hospital.
Champion food safety, quality and workplace health and safety standards while promoting continuous improvement.
Respond to patient and customer feedback, resolve issues and work collaboratively with clinical and operational teams.
About You
You're an experienced leader who thrives in a fast‐paced food services environment.
You bring strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills and a passion for developing people while delivering exceptional customer service.
Solid knowledge of food safety legislation, quality standards and safe work practices.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, problem solve and manage competing demands.
Confident communicator who builds positive relationships with staff, patients and stakeholders.
High level computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with CBORD or similar automated menu systems.
