We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person who loves talking to people and wants to be part of a growing company that's genuinely making a difference.
This isn't your typical call centre role.
You'll be speaking with warm leads and our existing customer database, helping customers book appointments with our experienced Energy Consultants to discuss solar upgrades, battery storage, EV charging, servicing and maintenance.
What You'll Be Doing
· Contacting new customer enquiries
· Calling our existing customer database
· Booking appointments for our Energy Consultants
· Following up customer enquiries
· Updating customer information in our CRM
· Building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service
· Helping customers access the latest energy-saving technology
What We're Looking For
You don't need solar experience—we'll teach you that.
What matters most is your attitude.
You'll ideally have:
· A friendly and confident phone manner
· Great communication skills
· A positive, can-do attitude
· Strong organisational skills
· Confidence speaking with customers
· Basic computer skills
· Reliability and professionalism




Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, retail sales, hospitality, real estate or a call centre will be highly regarded.
