The role:
Empire Office Furniture are searching for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in our Rockhampton branch, to manage an existing portfolio of accounts and develop new opportunities.
This isn't your typical retail position, we're looking for a highly engaging, motivated sales champion that is looking to further their career.
You might have exposure to high ticket items or a knack for putting together projects and want to bring your skills together to thrive in an environment where you're in control of the customer experience.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be backed by a powerhouse team of leaders and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and contributing to the branch's success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring satisfaction, while fostering loyalty and trust.




Provide tailored furniture solutions by consulting with key stakeholders to address their office furniture requirements.
Managing customer enquiries, quotes, and orders with care and efficiency.
Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Work closely with the project management and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of furniture.
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely delivery of customer orders.
Keeping the showroom inviting, organised, and reflective of our skilled standards.
Staying informed about new products and trends, allowing you to offer expert advice to clients.
Ensuring all tasks align with company policies, quality standards, and our commitment to environmental sustainability.
