About the role
Swell Resort is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Common Cleaners to join our housekeeping team on a casual basis.

What you'll be doing
Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising surfaces throughout the resort
Changing bed linens, towels and replacing guest amenities
Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors
Following health and safety protocols and using cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly
Working efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules and quotas
Providing exceptional service and maintaining a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests
What we're looking for
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting is highly desirable
Robust attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks throughout a shift
Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work flexibly according to roster requirements
Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in cleaning and housekeeping
Willingness to follow instructions and take pride in your work
