Starting salary of $79,560 per annum plus 12% Superannuation

Combination of day, nights and weekend hours
The ideal candidate will have a current Australian trade qualification and 2+ years cooking experience.
We have an experienced team of Senior Chefs to provide on the job training in various cooking styles, service operations and managing food costs.
You will also learn from experienced Managers in people management and profitability.
The Marion Hotel features a table service dining area, casual dining spaces, multiple function rooms with indoor and outdoor areas and a host of catering offers to satisfy customers every need.
There are 62 Hotel Accommodation rooms providing meal service for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
