About the role:
We are looking for experienced, professional and passionate Registered Nurses to join our residential clinical care teams.
We are looking for candidates to fill part-time and casual contracts, across the Buckley and McMahon Caring Facilities.
As a part of our team, you will play an integral role in delivering high quality person centered clinical care.
As a leader, you will demonstrate to staff under your supervision, the importance of providing consistent high levels of care, following safe work procedures and supporting Residents emotional, social and human needs.
Surrounded by a supportive team, you will be expected to have a sound knowledge of the accreditation process and recent legislation and standards.
You will bring with you solid experience in medical assessments, and the development and maintenance of care plans.




To be successful in this position you will have:
Experience in a similar aged care setting.
Demonstrated experience in supervising staff in a clinical care environment.
Knowledge and experience with assessment systems.
Understanding of the Aged Care Act *****) and aged care documentation requirements.
High level interpersonal skills.
Hold current AHPRA registration.
Evidence of current influenza vaccination.
Be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (no older than 6 months).
Be available for PM shifts, on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday or for casual shifts, over the end of year holiday period.
