About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled carpenter, ideally witha minimum of 10 years' stick framing experiencein residential construction.
If you have strong leadership skills and deep hands-on experience in roof framing, wall framing and flooring systems, this is an opportunity to step into a key role with real responsibility and long-term growth.
Running day-to-day carpentry site operations
Reading and interpreting construction drawings accurately
Managing workflow to keep projects on schedule
Overseeing cladding installation
Solving practical on-site issues as they arise




Communicating professionally with builders and supervisors
Maintaining safe, clean and organised sites
Ensuring consistent, high-quality workmanship across all projects
About You
Along with a robust work ethic and previous experience in a similar role you'll have/be:
Full Australian working rightsorbe a permanent resident
Documented evidence of at least 10 years experience in stick framing -essential
Reliable, accountable and have the ability to remain calm under pressure
Practical problem solver and professional communicator
Able to work independently and lead others
