Employment Type: Full Time - Part Time 3 Days p/wSalary: Base Salary + Weekend Bonus + Annual Bonus
As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you'll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support.
Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you'll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you'll be working across our Tea Tree Plaza and Golden Grove stores, offering variety and diversity while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across multiple local communities.Working with an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, this position offers the flexibility to work Full Time (5 days) or Part Time (3 days) per week, supporting a healthy balance between your professional and personal life.
Weekend availability is highly regarded but not essential.
For Full-Time team members, the roster is designed to provide consistency and flexibility, with the option of:Tuesday to Saturday, with weekly Saturday coverage, orA fortnightly Saturday arrangement:Week 1: Tuesday – SaturdayWeek 2: Monday – Friday

Skills & Experience
In addition to your Qualified Practitioner, number, the successful candidate will possess;Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aidsStrong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPatient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing careExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a teamCommitment towards continuous growth and career development
