Overview
Build your hospital pharmacy experience this summer with Western Health.
This program provides hands‐on experience in clinical pharmacy and research projects.
Responsibilities
Work alongside hospital pharmacists in clinical areas
Contribute to audits and research projects that support patient care and service improvement across Western Health
Support medication dispensing and supply processes
Assist with a range of pharmacy activities in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
Program Structure
Block 1 (3 positions):23/11/2026 – 18/12/2026
Block 2 (3 positions):04/01/2027 – 29/01/2027
Qualifications
Current enrolment in 2nd or 3rd year Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
Interest in hospital pharmacy, research and quality improvement activities
Demonstrated skills in communication and time management
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
Experience in Australian community or hospital pharmacy (desired)
