The RoleSalary band: $110k–$160k + super (experience dependent)
Advise employers on day-to-day employment issues with a focus on commercial, implementable solutions
Run and support employment disputes (including strategy, evidence, negotiations and advocacy as appropriate)
Assist clients with award/enterprise agreement interpretation and pay compliance risk
Contribute to WHS / workers compensation matters (where aligned to your background)
A solid pipeline of advisory and disputes work—step into meaningful matters quickly




Mentor juniors and help lift team capability as you step up in seniority
You'll Be Great If You...
Have 3+ years PAE in employment/workplace relations (more senior candidates welcome)
Enjoy balancing technical excellence with clear, practical advice
Are comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy and accountability
Communicate confidently with clients and collaborate well with colleagues
Bring advocacy experience (or a real interest in building it)
