About the Role
You'll manage your own residential conveyancing files from commencement through to settlement while working closely with an experienced and supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish
Providing outstanding service to clients and referrers
Checking the accuracy of Form 1 Statements prepared by our in-house team
Finalising settlement files accurately and efficiently
Supporting colleagues during periods of leave or increased workload
Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients and referrers
Contributing to the positive team culture we're proud of
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of5 years' conveyancing experience
Has excellent knowledge of South Australian conveyancing practices
Has exceptional attention to detail
Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
Communicates professionally with clients, referrers and colleagues
Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
Takes pride in producing high-quality work
Brings a positive attitude and enjoys helping others succeed
