IPARhave a fantastic career development opportunity for the role ofState Managerin aFull Time basis.
As a State Manager, you will provide leadership and management to IPAR leaders and staff across Queensland & Northern Territory, driving business growth, profitability, quality,



human resourcing initiatives and marketing activities, ensuring that business objectives are met.
Presence across our QLD & NT branches will be required for this role.
Location of role is flexible for the right candidate.
Key accountabilities include:
Leadership development, workforce planning, managing people risk, workplace culture
Local customer management and business development.
Local product/customer innovation
Financial/business performance to budget, forecasting, P&L; management, commercial decision making and State MBT performance
Approval management of incentives to ensure calculations are correct and in line with the most up to date plan
Qualifications
Applicants with:
Strategic management experience as a senior manager of occupational rehabilitation services
Commercial acumen to drive divisional growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities.
Solid human resource management acumen, including people risk identification, recruitment, compensation, workforce planning, employee engagement and performance management.
Excellent financial analysis skills.
Demonstrated ability to determine strategies to identify and solve anomalies/problems.
Outstanding leadership expertise within large teams across geographically dispersed locations.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing deadlines.




Advanced national knowledge of personal injury rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation.
