We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor with demonstrated Energex project experience to join our team.
We're seeking a hands-on leader who aligns with our values, leads by example, prioritises safety, and inspires crews to consistently deliver quality work.
To be successful you will need:
Experience working to Energex standards - non negotiable.
Attention to detail and pride being taken in all aspects of work.
A reliable and dependable work ethic.
Experience managing multiple crews and projects.
Good communication skills.
Construction industry induction card.
Ability to follow procedures for documentation and compliance.
Minimum 2 years experience.
Full working rights in Australia.
Any other tickets and licenses will be advantageous.
Your responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee project scopes from commencement through to completion.




Lead and manage multiple crews to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Coordinate the procurement and timely supply of materials, plant and equipment.
Manage subcontractors and oversee their performance, quality, and compliance requirements.
Complete and maintain all required site documentation, records, and reporting.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, authorities, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
Champion a robust safety culture by ensuring all WHS requirements, policies, procedures, and risk controls are implemented and adhered to at all times.
Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to crews while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
