About the Role
As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll look after maintenance across our asset base with particular focus in our quarries.
You'll help keep the assets running smoothly, safely and reliably — with fewer surprises and less downtime.
Your job:keep the gear in positive shape, get ahead of problems, lead and support the team, and help build a maintenance system everyone can rely on.
You will:
· Plan preventative maintenance across each business so we can reduce breakdowns and keep plant availability strong.
· Help roll out and use our maintenance systems so jobs,



data and reporting are clear and consistent.
· Keep safety front and centre through good procedures, audits, risk assessments and follow-up actions.
· Coordinate day-to-day maintenance priorities for our team and external contractors.
· Make sure contractors are inducted, compliant and working safely on site.
· Work with managers and supervisors to balance maintenance needs with production demands.
· Be accountable for maintenance spend, purchase orders, spare parts and consumables.
· Share useful updates on plant availability, asset condition, maintenance spend and key priorities.
· Be the go-to technical person for major repairs, equipment checks, overhauls and recent plant installs.
· Stay visible across sites and help build a consistent, reliable maintenance culture.
