About the role
WA Forklift Hire is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in a Forklift Industry role based in Maddington, WA ****.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial part in our operations within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector.
You will be responsible for:
Coordinate and schedule field service technicians throughout Perth and surrounding areas.
Manage emergency breakdowns and prioritise work efficiently.
Liaise with customers regarding bookings, job progress and completion.
Raise and manage jobs using Simpro.
Allocate labour, parts and equipment to maximise technician productivity.
Order parts and liaise with suppliers.
Prepare quotations, work orders and invoices.
Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure work is completed on time.
Maintain accurate service records and customer asset information.
Work closely with management to continually improve service delivery.
Provide outstanding customer service on every interaction.
About You
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a Service Controller, Service Advisor or Service Coordinator.
Experience in the forklift, mechanical, heavy vehicle, transport, agricultural or earthmoving industry.
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Solid computer skills with experience using Simpro or similar service management software.




A strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
