About the roleWe're looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator who can confidently run multiple projects from concept through to completion .
This is a key role that blends technical engineering work with strong project leadership and on-site coordination.
You'll be the central point of contact for the project managers, site teams, suppliers, and senior management — keeping projects on track and communication flowing.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all active projects from planning through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel across multi-disciplinary works (plumbing, electrical, pipework, boiler installations, and fitouts).
Manage procurement — source, order, and track parts, materials, and equipment to keep projects moving.Create and maintain accurate P&ID; drawings and support other technical documentation as required.Develop comprehensive job packs, including method statements, material lists, and detailed Gantt charts / project schedules.Monitor daily progress on site, identify issues early, and drive solutions to protect timelines and quality.Provide clear, concise daily updates to upper management on project status, risks,



achievements, and upcoming work.Maintain accurate records, support change management, and assist with project close-out and handover.
What we're looking forEssential3–5+ years' experience in project coordination within an industrial services, construction, or process environment.Ability to produce and interpret P&ID; drawings (AutoCAD or similar CAD experience is highly regarded).
Strong skills in developing Gantt charts, job packs, and project schedules (Microsoft Project, Excel, or equivalent).
Confident running daily toolbox talks and leading teams on active industrial sites.Excellent communication skills — comfortable providing daily updates to directors and senior management.Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Valid driver's licence and willingness to spend time on site.
DesirableMulti trade project management experienceExperience with procurement and supplier coordination in an industrial setting.Familiarity with relevant standards and safety requirements (e.g., pressure equipment, confined space, electrical standards).
Previous exposure to boiler work, process pipework, or factory fitouts is a strong advantage.Engineering degree or Trade certified highly regarded
