Supervision is tailored to your stage of practice and supported by peer mentoring, monthly group supervision, regular in-services and generous professional development.
We invest heavily in our clinicians because better supported clinicians provide better care.
We also want people to enjoy working here for the long term.
That's why we've built flexibility into the role through dedicated administration time, nine-day fortnight options and above-award remuneration.
We support our team with an Employee Wellbeing Program, EAP, professional insurances, monthly team lunches and annual planning days because we believe looking after our people is every bit as important as looking after our clients.
Realistic Expectations
Like any sustainable allied health practice, we have expectations.
Our clinicians work towards around 28 billable hours within a 38-hour week.
We believe that's a realistic balance that allows you to provide excellent care while still having time for quality documentation, collaboration, supervision, professional development and simply thinking about your clients.
The role itself is clinical.
Where it leads is up to you.
