We are seeking aCampus Support Officerto join ourGold Coast (Southport) campuson afull time basis.
This is a hands-on, student-facing rolewithin our Domestic Vocational Divisionsuited to someone who enjoys supporting people, keeping things organised, and contributing to a positive campus environment.
About the Role
As the Campus Support Officer, you will be a key point of contact for students, providing support in person, online and over the phone.
Based at our Gold Coast campus, you will support a diverse cohort of Domestic VET students throughout their learning journey, helping them stay connected, overcome challenges and achieve their study goals.
This role sits withinCeltic Training, NextEd Group's Domestic VET business unit.
While based on campus, you'll also provide remote support to students and other Celtic Training locations across Australia.
Working closely with the National Training Manager, you'll contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance the student experience and support continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide frontline support to students in person, online and over the phone.
Deliver remote student support to students and campuses across our campuses.
Build positive relationships with students from diverse backgrounds and support them throughout their learning journey.
Proactively engage with students who may be disengaged or at risk of withdrawing, helping reconnect them with their studies and available support services.
Support day-to-day campus operations, including room bookings and trainer support.
Facilitate monthly online student orientation sessions.
Maintain accurate student records and support student lifecycle processes.
Collaborate with trainers and internal teams to promote positive student outcomes.
Support the National Training Manager with projects, initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive campus culture.
About You
You are student-focused, adaptable, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
You are comfortable communicating with students across multiple channels and can manage a varied workload.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in student support, administration, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
Confidence communicating with students over the phone
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
High attention to detail and good organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
A willingness to pitch in and support the broader campus team
Youmaybe required to travel to our Brisbane campus on a monthly basis.
