We are seeking a motivated and organized Property Manager who takes pride in delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.
About the Role
As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a well-maintained residential portfolio while providing a high level of communication and service to our valued clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a residential property portfolio from start to finish
Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
Ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation
Building strong relationships through exceptional customer service
About You
To be successful in this role you will:




Have previous Property Management experience
Hold a current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence
Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
Be able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
Have strong attention to detail and excellent time management
Be confident using property management software (Console Cloud experience is an advantage but not essential)
Hold a current driver's licence
