About the role
We are seeking an experienced Coordinator along with Crane Operators and Riggers to join our team at Wanneroo Crane Hire in Wangara, WA for an immediate start!
We have both Full-time and Casual positions, offering the opportunity to work on various construction sites across the region, as well as local work.
What you'll be doing
Coordinator:
Assisting with the Coordination of our expanding fleet and liaising with Management and administration staff to ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for all aspects of job requirements, quoting clients, and ensuring all safety and compliance policies are met.
Crane Operator, /Rigger/Truck Drivers (MC & HR):
Safely and efficiently operate a range of crane equipment on construction and residential sites
Perform rigging and lifting operations
Maintain crane equipment as well as Rigging Equipment
Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate crane operations
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
What we're looking for
Coordinator:
Experience coordinating mobile crane fleets or heavy equipment preferred but not essential
knowledge of crane operations and lifting requirements preferred but not essential
Ability to allocate cranes, operators, and rigging crews efficiently.
Strong communication skills with clients, operators, and site supervisors.
Ability to prioritise urgent or last-minute schedule changes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Current C Class Driver's Licence (essential).
High Risk Work Licence and crane industry experience (highly desirable).
Crane Operators, Riggers, Truck Drivers
Experience as a Crane Operator or Rigger in the construction industry




Minimum 2-5 years of crane operating experience required
Formal qualifications in crane operation and rigging
Multiple crane operator license's required including relevant certifications
Basic Rigging qualification required
Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
Current and valid HR or MC licence

We specialise in many areas, including local residential works, Construction & Industrial, and have ongoing Project works through Genus Group, working on Western Power Sub-Stations and sites.
Due to rapid growth, we are needing a Coordinator, Experienced Crane Operators and Advanced Riggers to join our team.
The right people for this role will be well experienced across all sizes of both Pick & Carry and Slewing Cranes.
You will ideally have an open CO ticket, as well as an Riggers ticket.
We are looking for people who are competent working alone as well as a team player, have a "can do" attitude and have excellent customer facing abilities.
