Our client is a well-established Occupational Therapy provider with offices in Wollongong and Nowra.
Founded in ****, they have grown into a diverse and experienced team of 16 Occupational Therapists, including specialised and Senior OTs, allied health assistants, and robust admin support.
Known for their supportive, family-like culture, they prioritise quality care, professional growth, and helping clinicians build rewarding long-term careers.This opportunity is ideal for an Occupational Therapist with an interest or background in mental health, psychosocial disability, functional capacity, emotional regulation, trauma-informed practice, and supporting clients to build independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in daily life.
Roles are available in both Wollongong and Nowra, with full-time and part-time options available.
About the Position
This role offers the opportunity to work with a varied disability caseload across clinic, community, and home-based settings.
You will support clients with psychosocial disabilities and mental health presentations, completing assessments, therapy planning, intervention, functional capacity assessments, NDIS reporting, and capacity-building supports.
For Occupational Therapists newer to mental health, structured training and shadowing can be provided to help you build confidence across key areas of practice.
More experienced OTs can have their caseload tailored from the beginning, with opportunities to focus on their preferred clinical areas and contribute to service development.
You will be joining a collaborative team that values clinical quality, practical support,
and a warm team culture.
With regular supervision, buddy visits, and peer learning, you will never feel like you are working alone.

What You Will Need
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Full AHPRA registration
Unrestricted Australian working rights
Driver's licence and own vehicle
Interest or experience in mental health, psychosocial disability, NDIS, or community-based OT
