What You'll Be Doing:
As a Safety & Sustainability Advisor, you will play a critical role in strengthening safety and sustainability performance across the Dulux Trade business and the Beverley site.
With a focus on continuous improvement, you will empower teams to build solid risk management capability, elevate our culture of accountability and drive meaningful change in high consequence risk environments.
Working within a collaborative, growth‐minded S&S; function, you will influence stakeholders at all levels, champion smarter and safer ways of working, and help shape a future where people and the planet thrive, enabling our teams to run the business as if it were their own.
