About the role
The Quality Risk & Compliance Officer plays a vital role in supporting the local Quality Management System in our SA & NT Clinics, ensuring consistent delivery of safe,



high‐quality reproductive healthcare services.
You will provide expert advice to local leaders on emerging risks, regulatory changes, and accreditation requirements while helping drive continuous improvement across clinical and operational functions.
Operating as a key partner to business units, you will ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and supports the delivery of a premium patient experience aligned with Monash IVF Group standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the South Australian and Northern Territory teams to implement systems that minimise risk, maintain accreditation, and achieve strategic objectives.
Advising leadership on emerging risks, regulatory changes, and best practice requirements.
Overseeing local incident, risk, and feedback management processes, ensuring issues are followed up with defined improvement plans.
Monitoring and identify adverse trends, initiating action to prevent recurrence.
Driving the implementation of Group Policies and collaborate with the QRC Assurance team on improvement opportunities.
Maintaining effective relationships with regulators, monitor legislative changes, and ensure timely implementation of required updates.
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, including managing non‐conformances and action plans.
Promoting a safe, diverse, and inclusive workplace, adhering to WHS, diversity, and company principles.
Ideally you will bring the role:
You will be an experienced quality and risk professional who is highly organised, detail‐focused,



and confident working both independently and in partnership with stakeholders.
Your ability to lead, educate others, and navigate a dynamic healthcare environment will see you thrive in this role.
Demonstrated experience in Quality & Risk management, ideally within healthcare or ART.
An undergraduate degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in ART or Quality & Risk management.
A proven track record of leading and educating others.
Strong organisational and time‐management skills, with a methodical and structured mindset.
Exceptional attention to detail and well‐developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic problem‐solving abilities and the motivation to achieve set goals and targets.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
