About the Role
You'll begin by working alongside one of our experienced Senior Property Managers in Perth's northern corridor, operating within our collaborative pod system.
With the support of dedicated leasing specialists and an international administration team, you'll have the resources to focus on developing your skills and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
As your experience grows, you'll be supported to take on your own portfolio, with a clear pathway to becoming a Senior Property Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the management of a residential property portfolio.
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Coordinating maintenance and repairs.
Conducting routine and Final inspections.




Learning best-practice property management from experienced mentors.
Delivering exceptional customer service every day.
What We're Looking For
1 to 2 years' experience in residential property management.
Current WA Property Management Registration
A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to build a long-term career.
Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive, high-performing team.
