In this role, you'll support new and existing customers with their insurance needs, helping them find the right solutions while delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional customer service across a range of insurance enquiries
Support customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions
Build strong customer relationships while achieving sales, service and retention outcomes
Resolve customer enquiries with confidence, empathy and professionalism
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver positive customer outcomes
Ensure all interactions meet compliance and regulatory requirements

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
Experience in customer service, sales or contact centre environments (preferred)
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
A positive, solutions-focused mindset
Confidence using multiple computer systems
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A willingness to learn and develop your career
Shift Options & Training
Option 1: 25 hours per week - Monday to Friday – start window 8:00am - 11:30am




Option 2: 25 hours per week - Monday to Friday – start window 9:30am-12:30pm
Option 3: 20 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – start window 9:30am-12:30pm
Option 4: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday – start window 8:00am-9:30am
To set you up for success in the role, you will complete8 weeks full-time paid training onsite in our Adelaide office.
Following this training, you will transition to ahybrid working model, working from home with1 day per week in the office.
