Olga's Hair Beautique in Nerang is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Hairdresser to join our warm, professional team.

Olga's Hair Beautique is a boutique organic hair salon in the heart of Nerang.
We specialise in colour, balayage, nanoplasty, and hair extensions — using high-quality, low-toxic products that are good for your clients and valuable for you.
We have built a genuinely loyal local clientele and hold 65 five-star Google reviews and 415 five-star reviews on Fresha — one of the strongest reputations of any salon on the Gold Coast.
We are a small, close-knit team.
You will not be a number here.
What we are looking for
Someone who is confident across colour — foiling, balayage, colour correction — and who takes real pride in their work.
You will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience and be genuinely committed to great results and a great client experience.
Saturday availability is particularly important to us,



as this is our busiest day of the week.
If you have an interest in organic and low-toxic hair care, you will feel right at home.

Chair rental arrangement
Chair rental is available for experienced hairdressers who prefer to run their own business within our space.
Chair rental: $95 per day
What is included: rent, electricity, internet, towels, capes, tea and coffee, use of 2 chairs and 3 lockers
What you bring: your own clientele, your own professional insurance, your own EFTPOS, and you manage your own tax and super obligations
Commission arrangement
Commission-based work is also available.
The split is 40% to the hairdresser and 60% to the salon, reflecting the full use of salon facilities, products, colour, towels, capes, electricity, internet, Fresha app, and established clients.
