About the Role
This role is centred around hands-on aluminium fabrication within our modern Malaga workshop.
You'll be responsible for producing high-quality aluminium windows, doors, and related products, ensuring each item meets our exacting standards.
Working alongside a great, cheerful, and supportive team, you'll use your practical fabrication experience and strong measurement skills to cut, assemble, and finish aluminium components with precision.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative workshop environment, takes pride in craftsmanship, and contributes to smooth, efficient production
Key Responsibilities
Cut, prepare, and assemblehigh-quality aluminium window and door frames with precision and attention to detail
Install hardware componentsincluding locks, chain winders, handles, rollers, and seals to ensure smooth performance
Carry out factory glazing and comprehensive quality checksthroughout the fabrication process
Operate workshop machinery and toolssafely and efficiently as part of daily fabrication tasks
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, contributing to a safe and efficient production environment
Assist with general workshop and warehouse dutiesto support smooth day-to-day operations




Collaborate with the teamto troubleshoot fabrication challenges and improve processes.
What We're Looking For
Experience in aluminium window and door fabrication(preferred, but we're open-minded about great talent)
Ability to read and interpret drawings, job sheets, and measurementswith accuracy and confidence
Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and pride in your craftsmanship
Reliable work ethicand the ability to stay focused in a busy workshop environment
