As our founding Senior OT, you will wear two very exciting hats: clinical expert and clinical leader.
Clinical Excellence:Deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT assessments and interventions (caseload can be tailored to your passion—e.g., NDIS, pediatrics, rehabilitation, or mental health).
Practice Development:Help design and implement our clinical frameworks, templates, and service delivery models.
Mentorship:Lead, supervise,



and inspire junior therapists and allied health assistants as our team grows.
Community Connection:Help establish and nurture relationships with local GPs, schools, and community organizations.
What We Are Looking For
You are a skilled clinician who wants to make a real, lasting impact.
The Credentials:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, with active professional registration AHPRA
The Experience:10+ years of clinical experience, with a solid track record of working independently.
The Mindset:Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative.
You enjoy solving problems and aren't afraid of the "blank slate" of a start-up.
Leadership Spark:Previous experience supervising students or junior staff is highly regarded.
