We are seeking an experienced and motivatedIT Systems Administratorto join our team and work onsite at one of our valued client locations inKwinana Beach, WA.
About the Role
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and administration of the client's IT infrastructure.
You will act as the primary onsite technical resource, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and available to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Levels 1, 2 and 3 technical support to end users.
Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments.
Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID and Intune.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPN connectivity.
Support IT hardware such as Laptops, Desktops and Mobile devices (iOS and Android)
Manage system backups, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity solutions.
Support cybersecurity initiatives including patch management, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations.
Participate in infrastructure improvement and technology upgrade projects.




Manage VoIP Systems and phone hardware.
Support Retail POS systems.
Manage a fleet of truck technology including tablets, printers, GPS and CCTV systems.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in a Systems Administrator or similar IT infrastructure support role.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365 cloud solutions.
Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.
Experience with backup and recovery solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently in an onsite client-facing setting.
A current Western Australian Driver's Licence.
Desirable Skills
Experience in transport, fuel or retail industries.
Microsoft, Fortinet, 3CX, Veeam or other relevant certifications or experience.
Experience with virtualization platforms such Hyper-V.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
NinjaOne or other RMM, PSA tools.
