About the roleAs the first point of contact for our service customers,



you'll play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from booking through to vehicle collection.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
Preparing estimates and repair orders
Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
Coordinating workshop schedules to maximise efficiency
Processing invoices and completing service documentation accurately
Delivering an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
About youWe're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred)
Experience in the automotive or heavy vehicle industry (advantageous but not essential)
HR license (advantageous, not essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
Confidence using computer systems and handling phone enquiries
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-first approach
