About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our plant and equipment.
This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll be responsible for preventative maintenance, fault finding, breakdown response, installations and continuous improvement projects across our busy mineral processing facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical plant and equipment
Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently and safely
Installing, commissioning and upgrading electrical equipment
Assisting with improvement projects to enhance plant reliability and efficiency
Reading and updating electrical drawings and technical documentation
Maintaining accurate maintenance records
Participating in the shared after-hours call-out roster when required
Maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
Current WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
Experience working in an industrial, manufacturing, mining or processing environment
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative maintenance team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive attitude and commitment to safe work practices
Highly regarded:
Experience with PLC-controlled equipment
Instrumentation experience
Mechanical aptitude
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems experience
Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets
Applicants must have Australian working rights, including Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or an unrestricted work visa.
