The chance
We're on the lookout for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Domestic Worker to join our team and support clients in their homes and communities across Adelaide's North Western suburbs.
This highly rewarding role helps improve the wellbeing of a diverse range of clients, including aged care, people living independently, and under 65's. You will support them with everyday tasks and encourage independence.
Permanent Part time role with 30 hours per week guaranteed, scheduled between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities




General housekeeping (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, bed-making)
Light shopping, errands, and prepping basic meals
Encourage clients to stay active and involved in their own care
Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Build relationships with clients & their families
Keeping accurate notes and documentation
Be the 'eyes and ears' for the organisation and report any changes or concerns
Provide a client focused service that improves their quality of life

About you
You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. Caring is a profession and a calling, and your work and support enriches everyone. In addition, you will have the following skills:
A warm, respectful, and encouraging attitude
Strong time management and the ability to work independently
Housekeeping skills and a love for keeping things clean and organised
A genuine passion for helping others live their best lives
Ability to work a minimum of three days per week
A current valid Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
